Are Ewe Feeling Sheepish?

This charming pullover is knit in worsted weight, top-down, in the round, with circular yoke shaping. The Fair Isle sheep are worked from a simple chart, with only two colors worked per row. This is an intermediate-level knitting pattern.

Sizes: 1 (2, 3, 4, 5) [6, 7, 8, 9].

Finished bust circumference: 31 (35, 39.5, 44, 47.25) [52, 55.5, 59.75, 65.5]”/ 77.5 (87.5, 99, 110, 118) [130, 139, 149.5, 164]cm.

To be worn with 2 - 4”/ 5 - 10cm of positive ease.

Needles: US 8/ 5.0 mm or size to obtain gauge in SS, and US 7/ 4.5mm or 0.5mm smaller than gauge needle, in 16”/ 40cm and 24 - 48”/ 60 - 120cm (depending on bust size) circulars; and DPNs or 12”/ 30cm circulars for sleeves. Additional size US 9/ 5.5mm or size to obtain gauge for Fair Isle, if needed, in 24 - 36”/ 60 - 90cm for Fair Isle pattern.

Gauge: 16 sts and 22 rnds = 4”/ 10cm in Stockinette stitch AND in Fair Isle pattern. You may have to use a larger needle to work the Fair Isle rounds in order to maintain consistent gauge.
