Bridge Road Cowl

$6.00

Bridge Road is my favorite place in Florida. It’s shaded from the hot sun, and has a low draw bridge that crosses over the Intracoastal Waterway. It makes for a lovely walk that ends right at a small public beach on Jupiter Island.

The Bridge Road Cowl knitting pattern takes three colorways of fingering weight yarn and features a myriad of stitch patterns and textures to keep your interest as you knit “just one more row” all night long.

Size: 33” x 20” / 82 cm x 51 cm.

Needles: US 5/ 3.75mm, or size to obtain gauge, in 24” / 60cm circulars.

Gauge:

22 sts and 33 rnds = 4” / 10cm in Stockinette stitch;

22 sts and 48 rnds = 4” / 10cm in Garter stitch.

Differences in gauge will affect drape and yardage requirements.

Yarn: fingering weight:

A: 260 yards / 239 meters;

B: 240 yards / 220 meters; and

C: 250 yards / 230 meters.

Notions: stitch marker, tapestry needle.

Samples knit in: Emma’s Yarn Super Silky (80% superwash Merino, 20% silk; 400 yards/ 100g) in Silver Lining (A), Heavy Pour (B), and After Dark (C).

You can find the entire Bridge Road Collection here.
